My dog and I are accused of assaulting an officer, you have a case?
I work nights so close to 2 hours taking my dog (Amstaff) for a walk in the park. I have had for many years. This morning, we met a German shepherd who scolded me or us on this issue. We tried to avoid it, but he tried to corner, and my dog becomes protective, caught by the neck, shook him like a dog toy and crushed. The next thing I know is a police officer, at gunpoint, threatening to kill my dog. It was an agent sent Shepard K-9 in the park in search of a suspected theft. I spent the night in jail, my dog is in control animals and are accused of assaulting the K-9 officer who attacked us. And yes! Pluto was on a leash at all times. Is the cost of wood?
Being a lawyer I would say the police handling of the K-9 officer should have more control over their partner and are not to blame All charges must be dropped against him and Pluto.
